How to use food to slow down and reverse aging

Image
Now we all know how this is, getting over the age of 40, feeling a little under the weather, feeling slower than usual and needing a little boost? Well lets talk about something called ATP's and Polyphenol rich foods.  First up in the wonderland of cell energy called ATP: basically glucose is converted into ATP, which gives the body a little boost through a chemical chain reaction called cellular respiration. Partially the reason people who suffer from diabetes have slow to no energy and bad metabolism is the slowing down of this process. When a cell needs energy it splits off a phosphate group which becomes ADP- adenosine diphosphate, this is used for muscle function and building organic molecules.  ATP - and - ADP act like a battery, when ADP gets low it reconnects to ATP and the process starts all over again. How to build and maintain ATP- more protein and polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acids these are found in lean meats, fatty fish and nuts, unfortunately consuming

Rejection can be a blessing! It can also be a positive lesson!

The most empowering thing you can do, is know when you aren't being punished for not making the cut, you might have to work towards polishing your branding, or its not time for you to be in the presence of a certain group. Never take rejection as some sort of signal you aren't liked or not enough. Rejection can be a positive action. Sometimes people are hardened towards you because they need fine tuning as well, rejection can be a lesson for all parties involved. I have had people hardened towards me, only to find out later, I am nothing like they heard or thought; also, I my self have found out they aren't what I expected, or I realized the timing was off, sometimes in order for the big things to happen, everyone involved needs a perspective adjustment. The picture below is one of my AI generated artworks, from a lesser artwork that I had not completed... Balance and seeking the lesson is always a positive way to see life.

Before manifesting that new Job!

What people really desire is a workplace that clicks with their particular energy. This is where mediation, prayer and knowing yourself come in handy. Not all people understand that rushing into getting a job, "just any old job that will do," can cause more anxiety and depression than if they had just taken something in the area they loved for less money and found a way to make the rest work. The next time you are looking for a job, ask yourself what you are willing to give up for the position. Then have a long and earnest sit down in prayer! This will put you in a receptive energy this will open your energy so things you truly desire, that are for your progress and sometimes healing flow smoothly towards you. Like below is one of my artworks I did around 2014, The work got destroyed, however I had a copy that was made into a Tee-Shirt, I prayed that my talents would get noticed, I didn't actively pray for them to be prosperous (LOL) ... When speaking with God, remembe

Knowing where the spiritual leaders lives have been embellished

Current Climate, spiritual teachers and leaders creating apps and other platforms to monitor peoples ideas all to gain perspective on how to actively manipulate others, because some of these charlatans are literally vampires who have no real emotional ties to humanity. Their only GOD is money and how to make it, even if they have to use your life story to make themselves more interesting, human and relatable! I just read an article about someone that I knew and trusted and right in front of me, my whole life story, my ups, downs, triumphs and adversities carefully crafted and worded as to make it seem emotionally original! The only problem is, I know and it has left a bad taste in my mouth for all people who claim to have the best interest of humanity at heart and seem super relatable, maybe they're doing the same thing...now I have trust issues about all things spiritual, and self healing. I mean what type of trash DNA would it take for a person to cultivate a whole program off
Ah, the last day at a job can feel like the final scene of a movie where the hero rides off into the sunset—except your trusty steed is a swivel chair, and the sunset is the glow of your computer screen shutting down for the last time.  It's a mix of "Hooray, no more meetings!" and "Oh no, what about those meetings?" But fear not! The world is your oyster—or maybe a cozy clamshell, if you're not into oysters.  You've got options! You could become a test-taking ninja, mastering the art of the multiple-choice question with the stealth of a cat avoiding a bath. Or dive into the job market like it's a treasure hunt, where X marks the spot for a new adventure. And let's not forget those classes; you could speed through them like a superhero with a deadline, ready to save the day—or at least your GPA.  As for those ideas bouncing around like a pinball machine in your head, who says you need to stop improving things? Maybe channel that energy into a ho

Sound Healing and Religion

Sound healing, with its harmonious and resonant frequencies, has indeed found a place in modern wellness practices, offering a unique avenue for enhancing spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. This practice, while not inherently religious, aligns with the intrinsic human appreciation for music and its profound impact on the soul. The Biblical Psalms, rich in poetic musicality, have long celebrated the power of sound and song to uplift the spirit and foster a sense of divine connection. They speak to the heart of sound healing's ethos – the belief that auditory experiences can harmonize and heal. The Psalms, particularly Psalm 100 and Psalm 98, underscore the significance of making a 'joyful noise' and embracing song as a form of worship and celebration of life's creation. This ancient wisdom echoes through time, resonating with the idea that sound, in its purest form, is a gift from the Creator, intended to be used for the expression of joy, gratitude, and

Thought on Working From Home ( the serious editions)

The shift to remote work has indeed brought many changes to workplace dynamics, some of which have been challenging. The lack of face-to-face interaction can make it difficult for employees to express their true feelings and concerns, leading to a culture where speaking up is discouraged. This can be exacerbated in environments where there is a lack of structured social interaction and open communication about job expectations and duration.  Moreover, the absence of in-person support can leave employees feeling isolated, especially when they are not provided with adequate guidance or training. This can create an environment where only a select few receive the attention and opportunities for advancement, often leading to feelings of favoritism and inequality.  On the other hand, remote work can offer flexibility and comfort that many appreciate. However, for a truly healthy work environment, companies might benefit from incorporating more experienced professionals who bring a wealth
