The process of letting go!

The process of letting go is sometimes hard, the thing is holding on is even harder. We go through things in our minds constantly that keep us from making good choices, from how we work with others to how we work for ourselves.

The first step of letting go is finding what we need to let go, it's an old relationship that keeps us from going  forward, or a crippling belief that we need someone's help so we are under their influence until further notice.

People have a way of making us believe we need them, with the way they portray knowledge they have, first things first, what makes you think you don't have  the ability to garner the same knowledge or the same results.

Let's get started:

1. You have infinite knowledge, we are designed to compute on a higher level we just need to acknowledge that we can open up and allow it in.

2. Teachers of knowledge are around us, we need to make the right choice of who is teaching. Real teachers give you tools, they don't always guide directly until you need them to.

3. Letting go of outdated thinking is the first step in letting go, nothing new ever comes from holding on to outdated thinking, renew your mind renew your life.

4. The choices you make along the way can always be adjusted. You have to know that the adjustments are allowable.

5. Nothing is set in stone so letting go only means your focus shifts elsewhere, giving you the power to guide your thinking away from the old into the new.

Revisiting your past is allowed, you do not have to squirm about it, just see it as a moving picture that has an ending, no need to cut an splice, just shift and adjust and let go!
