AlterCall/ AlterCall AI/ what is it exactly?  Around the end of the COVID season, I joined an online mediation group to help me overcome a throat problem that was caused by an accident, an illness, and then another accident. This episode was particularly challenging because I am a singer who worked from home in customer service. It was wonderful to have a group of like minded people to link up with and slow down my hectic thoughts. However, I came in about a month maybe more before it ended.
