Live from Amsterdam, we have Lady Art, on the MIC' doing her thing with a smooth mix of poetry type lyrics and verbal imagery! The style is lad back ,but the lyrics "are anything but." 1. How long have you been writing and Rhyming I started writing around the age of 16, and I am still writing so its been a while.  I did write in Dutch for myself, and then   I started next writing in  English. And thanks too that i make (English) songs. 2. Who are your major influences in Music I have eclectic taste, I listen to all music. now-a- days.  However, when I was younger I listened to Marshall Mathers (eminem) and Tupac Shakur.  And now i guess Kendrick Lamar does it hard. In the past I tried to defend the Stars and Starlets of the Music Industry, I tried to give them a break, but now I think they need a wake-up call!!! Please, pass this on. Better forms of Entertainment for us, and our children: Watching old movies, Listening to music from times gone 20’s,30’,40’s- up till the 70’s Jazz, Blues and R&B and Real Rock and Roll. Through Literature and Art, and Education, and real Music we can give our young men and women, vision of what growing into adults really entails and the true time it takes to cultivate who they are. The one thing I have to say is, for the love of everything precious and sacred, change the channel and stop purchasing the trash that is on the shelves.  If you want a better form of E ntertainment support true artists, poets, novelist, and movie makers who are on the track of Enlightened thought and human progression.
